One thing couples in our program notice is that men usually lose weight faster than women. Does weight loss really differ for men, and how?
It’s true; men do tend to lose weight more quickly and easily than women. Studies of men and women eating a diet of equal calories and exercise have shown men lose weight easier and quicker. The reason goes back to basic survival and the different biological needs of men and women.
